Please find below some of the most frequently asked questions about shopping online with wowvow.
Do You Have a Shop?
No we do not have a shop but you can collect your order if you have an ST postcode.
How Do I Make a Purchase?
Shopping is easy! Once you have found the products you’d like to purchase, simply click on the ‘Add’ to basket icon below the image, and the item will be automatically added to your basket. You can also click on the product image or title to visit the product page, which will display all the detailed information regarding the product. Here you can again click on the ‘Add to basket’ button, and the item will be added to your basket. The number of items you require can be adjusted in the basket.
Your basket is available in the top right of your screen, and as you shop, it is updated so you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your basket before checking out.
When you are ready to complete your order, click on your basket (top right of the screen) and follow the prompts to checkout.
You can either checkout as a registered customer or as a guest:

If you already have an account registered with us, you may be asked to log in, and then proceed to the ‘Checkout’.
Checkout as a guest:
If you do not have a registered account with us, you can choose if you prefer to register here or to checkout without registering through the ‘Checkout as a Guest’ option.
In both cases, you will need to enter the details necessary to complete your order (i.e. your delivery information, phone number and email address). Ensure that all of your address, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order.
How Will I Know That You've Received My Order?
You will receive an order confirmation email, shortly after your order has been placed. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail filter if you are still concerned then please do contact us.
When Will My Payment Be Deducted?
Your payment will be taken when you place your order and confirm it.
Can I Cancel My Order After It's Been Placed?
Your order can be cancelled up until the point that it has been fulfilled or dispatched. If you need to cancel your order the please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot cancel it but you can return it following our returns procedure.
Do You Send Out Samples?
Many of our products can be purcashed individually eg A4 papers and envelopes. For some products, sample packs are available for purchase e.g. pocketfolds, paper and card swatch packs etc.
Do You Offer Trade Accounts?
For wedding related trades we have a discount scheme available upon proof of trading please email us at email@example.com
Can I Combine Orders?
We can combine orders as long as the orders have not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can to help.
How quickly Will I Receive My Order?
Our usual dispatch times are 2-3 days from your order being placed. For orders placed during or near a bank holiday and the Christmas period then, the delivery of your order may take longer. If you need your order quickly, please select our express or priority shipping option at the checkout. Orders placed before noon on a working day, Monday through to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for a 1-2 day delivery (stock permitting).

How Do I know Which Card is Which When I Recieve My Order?
We do not write names or label unpackaged items such s card stock as this will spoil them.
When a lot of similar cardstock is ordered, we try to include an additional list to help you identify the card. This groups the card in the same order in which they appear on the separate sheet.
If it’s important to identify items then add a note in the comments box at the checkout or contact us and we’ll make sure this is done for you.
If you purchase a lot of card stock then you may find our sample swatch packs helpful.
Can I Use Your Photographs?
Please contact us for details. Permission is occasionally granted for the use of a small number of photographs but this is only by prior agreement.
Can You Send My Order by a Cheaper Method?
Our delivery charges are as they are displayed at the checkout and cover not only the postage but also the packaging and time it takes to pack your order. We do try to make this fair and we are unable to consider alterations to this charge.
Where is My Order Acknowledgement and Invoice?
You should receive an automatic order confirmation from the website. Unfortunately, these often end up in ‘junk mail’ so please do check this folder and update your email preferences to accept emails from wowvow. The same happens to your invoice, which is also emailed to you, we also include a printed invoice with your order.
If you have set up a website account, you can download invoices and check your order history at any time.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email and it is not in your ‘junk’ folder then please check the email address that you have used when placing your order for errors.
Are Your Products in Stock?
We operate a live stock control system for all non cut products so if you can place the products in your basket, we have the products here on site. Occasionally there are errors or glitches (thankfully, these are rare) and we will always contact you should this be the case.
Cut products are made to order and we will let you know as soon as possible if there is an issue with the stock needed to make your order.
Do You Have a Minimum Order?
No we don’t have a minimum order – you can order as little as you need to make samples and test out ideas. Do bear in mind that there is a minimum postage charge though.

We do ship internationally. Please select the appropriate delivery destination at checkout.
