    How do I make a purchase?

    Shopping is easy! Once you have found the products you’d like to purchase, simply click on the ‘Add’ little basket icon below the image and the item will be automatically added to your basket. You can also click on the product image or title to visit the product page which will display all the detailed information regarding the product. Here you can again click on the ‘Add to basket’ button and the item will be added to your basket. The quantity of items you require can be adjusted in the basket.

    Your basket is available in the top right of your screen and as you shop it is updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your basket before checking out.

    When you are ready to complete your order, click on your basket (top right of the screen) and follow the prompts to checkout.

    You can either checkout as a registered customer or as a guest:

    Checkout as a registered customer:

    If you already have an account registered with us, you may be asked to login, and then proceed to the ‘Checkout’.

    Checkout as a guest:

    If you do not have a registered account with us, you can choose if you prefer to register here or to checkout without registering through the ‘Checkout as a Guest’ option.

    In both cases, you will need to enter the details necessary to complete your order (i.e. your delivery information, phone number and email address). Ensure that all of your address, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order.

    How will I know you received my order?

    You will receive an order confirmation email, shortly after your order has been placed. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail filter if you are still concerned then please do contact us.

    When will my payment be deducted?

    Your payment will be taken when you place your order and confirm it.

    Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

    Your order can be cancelled up until the point that it has been fulfilled or dispatched. If you need to cancel your order the please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot cancel it but you can return it following our returns procedure.

    Do you send out samples?

    We’ll happily send out swatches of our ‘Enfolio®’ card stocks to aid your choices. We do not offer samples of our other products. Many items e.g. embellishments, A4 papers can be purchased individually and, for some products, sample packs are available for purchase e.g. glitter papers/card, pebble papers etc. You can also purchase ribbon samples and also shade cards for some collections.

    Do you offer a discount for a large/bulk quantity?

    Our products are priced competitively and we only offer discounts to wedding related trades. From time to time we share discounts and offers on our Facebook page.

    Can I combine or add to my order to save on postage?

    Currently we do not offer this option, all orders must be placed online.

    I need my order quickly – when will it be delivered?

    Our usual dispatch times are 2-3 days from your order being placed. For orders placed during or near to a bank holiday and the Christmas period then the delivery of the order may be delayed accordingly. If you need your order quickly please select our ‘Express dispatch’ option at the checkout. Orders placed before noon on a working day, Monday through to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for a 1-2 day delivery (stock permitting.)

    Can I use your photographs?

    Please contact us for details. Permission is occasionally granted for the use of a small number of photographs but this is only by prior agreement. Use without permission may result in the deactivation of any discount code held.

    Can you send my order by another/cheaper delivery method?

    Our delivery charges are as they are displayed at the checkout and cover not only the postage but also the packaging and time it takes to pack your order. We do try to make this fair and we are unable to consider alterations to this charge.

    Are the products in stock?

    We operate a live stock control system so if you can place the products in your basket we have the products here on site. Occasionally there are errors or glitches (thankfully these are rare) and we will always contact you should this be the case.

    Do you have a minimum order?

    No we don’t have a minimum order – you can order as little as you need to make samples and test out ideas. Do bear in mind that there is a minimum postage charge though.
