Brexit Update:

The rules around posting overseas have changed. All items sent by us to customers who reside in the EU, Ireland and Northern Ireland require customs declarations.
Wowvow ® is fully compliant but unfortunately, some couriers have suspended their services to some affected regions such as Northern Ireland because of ongoing issues. We will contact you if you’re affected.

Customs Charges and Duties:

Please note that the changes affect the duties applicable to some of our products. This may mean that you will be liable for duty, paid on delivery, for some items. This duty is paid for by the customer and is unfortunately beyond our control. We hope that this will become clearer over the next few weeks.

We are still operational, but a limited number of us are on-site and some are working from home.

Express Delivery Status:

Express deliveries are currently suspended. If you need something urgently contact us firstly by email, we’re responding to emails promptly.

Try to avoid phoning as this hinders staff working on site.

Delivery Delays:

There may be unavoidable delays in dispatch or delivery since the delivery services are seeing a huge increase in demand.
